DIY Yoga Mat Cleaning Spray

Yoga Mat Spray

Namaste to all the Yogis out there! I’ve been practicing yoga for quite a while now and I absolutely love it. Especially since I’ve started having back problems about 5 years ago, it is my go-to sport to keep my lower back healthy and pain-free. Last year I bought a Jade Yoga Mat which I can highly recommend. It is made of eco-friendly natural rubber and comes in an extra thick (8mm) variation, which is perfect for people with pointy knees and elbows like me .

If you work out on your mat, you should clean it after every other session to get rid of the sweat, dust and other dirt. The best way to clean your mat is with gentle, natural ingredients that don’t harm the rubber. This DIY cleaning spray contains tea trea oil and witch hazel wich have antibacterial properties and essential oils to leave a relaxing scent to help you unwind after your workout session.

It really scares me to share my thoughts with the world. Even though there’s a fair chance that only a few friends will read it anyways. I’ve always wanted to write a blog, because I love creating content and I’d like to have a place where I can store my best memories, recipes and ideas.
