Paris is the perfect place for food lovers. I was blown away by the variety and quality of the food we had. One of my discoveries was canelé, a pastry flavored with rum and vanilla, that was incredibly tasty. But not only the sweets were great, also most of the other food we’ve encountered. Here are my favorite places from my weekend in Paris.
Paris always had a special attraction to me. Mostly because I’m obsessed with macarons, but also because (unlike most Swiss Germans) I love the French language as well as its fashion and food culture. Last June I finally got to visit Paris for the very first time. I spent three nights there with a friend. We did some sightseeing, went to Disneyland and had our taste buds blown away by the local cuisine.
Here are some of my favorite places I’ve encountered as well as some practical tips for visiting Paris.
Last weekend I passed this small take away and was instantly attracted to it. Mostly because of the kawaii chicken figure and the pink walls (so cute!). Also, I really like Japanese curry. Enough reasons to go check it out on my lunch break.
